The piano roll allows you to place notes manually and edit them as far as cutoff and velocity parameters are concerned. All of them are controllable from the mixer tool. Although there are two original synthesizers and a sampler, AudioSauna can create more from the Track menu.
Controlling the various settings is possible with the computer keyboard as well as with the mouse. The result can play in the browser window to allow additional modifications. You can apply different speeds, distortions, and filters to obtain new audio samples that can serve further in your musical projects. The possibilities increase when you modify their parameters and combine them with the piano roll. The list of options includes bells, vibraphone, bass, organ, piano, special effects like rain, waves, or laser cannon. The two synthesizers present in the application come with a rich set of preset sounds from various instruments, adjustable from the interface.

The AudioSauna Studio app was just updated to version 0.402 beta. The update brings several improvements, including a revamped new interface, new tools and performance improvements.AudioSauna is an online music-making tool that lets you create music starting from scratch or by using the presets in its virtual analog and frequency modulation synthesizers, and the stereo sampler it makes available. The most important thing audio wise is the new Note edit tool, which enables editing note velocity and note cutoff values. To edit the note's velocity, click on a note and move the mouse up / down. The note's color will change when the velocity changes so it's very easy to spot different values from the background.Ĭreating a fade out with just one mouse stroke. If you have used the AudioSauna's delay effect before, the new interface will seem very familiar. The only visual update is the new knob for adjusting the delay's damage level. At the extreme damage settings the effect will smoothly overdrive and saturate the audio causing the delay to scream and wildly self-oscillate, just like the real deal! The damage knob is what controls the overall vintageness of the delay. Setting the damage level between 50-75% will result in more usable and smoother Dub-like delay with less noise and graininess. At the 0% damage level the effect will act as a regular digital studio delay with no added modulation for the audio. Try different combinations between feedback and damage to find the best balance of self-resonance. Switch the sync off by just clicking the delay time display above the delay time knob.
